The presidential inauguration of Zimbabwe’s Emmerson Mnangagwa has been delayed amid a court challenge over his election victory.

Zimbabwe’s Justice Minister Ziyambi Ziyambi said the ceremony has been delayed after opposition MDC leader Nelson Chamisa launched a court challenge to the presidential election results.

“It will no longer happen. For now it has been stayed pending determination of the court challenge,” Ziyambi said.

Zimbabwe's President Emmerson Mnangagwa has told Sky News he has "no problem" with Robert Mugabe, and Britain is better when it has a female prime minister.
